An invitation-only dinner · Fall 2026 · Hickory Hill Ranch

The Fort Wayne Table

One whole lamb. Twenty seats. The other nineteen people are the point.

of 20 seats remaining

Hickory Hill Ranch hosts one Fort Wayne dinner this fall. Tom roasts a whole lamb over open fire. The whiskey is good. There are twenty chairs at the table — and the single thing every guest is paying for is the other nineteen names in the room.

What this is

One lamb, one fire

Tom is a chef. He roasts a whole lamb over open coals all afternoon. By the time you arrive, the smell carries to the road.

Twenty operators

Owners, founders, and senior people from the Fort Wayne business community. Curated, not crowdsourced. You'll know why every other person is there.

Two or three voices

Short remarks from people worth listening to between courses. No keynote. No slides. No badges.

Plain answers

When is it?
A Friday or Saturday evening in late September or early October 2026. The exact date is set when the room fills.
Where is it?
Hickory Hill Ranch, just outside Fort Wayne. Address sent to confirmed guests.
Who's behind it?
Hickory Hill Ranch was established in Indiana in 2021, in the Fort Wayne area, with a simple aim: raise quality meat for ourselves and for others to enjoy. The dinner is a natural extension of that — a single night that brings the ranch, the chef, and twenty guests around one table. Our chef is a local cook who learned to break down and roast a whole lamb the old way, from his Greek family — fire, time, salt, and patience. The lamb itself comes from a local farmer who raises a small herd of premium sheep, small-batch, on his own pasture. Three local operators, one table, twenty guests.
Is the alcohol included?
Yes. A licensed bartender provides the whiskey program and any wine. Non-alcoholic options available.
Dress?
Whatever you'd wear to a good dinner with friends.
Refunds?
Full refund if we cancel for any reason. Cancel more than 14 days out: full deposit refund. Within 14 days: deposit forfeited (the lamb has been ordered).
